Rain, Rain Go Away!

We've had another week to be thankful for...they all are if we just look hard enough.

1. Josh went to Mt. Pleasant with Dave for a Coach Clinic. I wasn't thankful to get him out of the house but it was a good opportunity for them...they didn't sell a lot of DVDs but did have some good connections & conversations.

2. Storytime at the library...sang Skinnamarinka Dinka Dink (remember that show, Mer?), met another Nora (she spells it with an H), and played peek-a-boo with scarves (brought a cute smile to Nora's face).

3. Having Grandma Mitchell visit this weekend! We had a great time and she and Nora got some good one-on-one time!

4. Seeing Emily & Shane on HGTV and the little one they are expecting!

5. An awesome Women's Retreat...rethinking what to pack for my "Journey of a Lifetime." I am so thankful to God for our new church and all of the welcoming women there!

6. A wet-dry vac for the POND in our backyard that's trying to get into our house!!

7. Rain...this must mean that Spring is coming soon!

8. FREE shots :) Nora probably isn't thankful for them! She had three and screamed and cried but only for 3 minutes! See her big band-aids?

9. Lunch with my small group Bible Study...it's been great getting to know ladies older than me...especially Shindok!

10. Nora has rediscovered her fingers and now can often be found sucking her thumb in her crib :) This one is kinda dark because I didn't want to use the flash!
